Golden 8 Returns Policy
We value your business and are confident you will be more than satisfied with the quality of your purchase from Golden 8 skincare. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you will have 14 days from the date you receive your golden8 products for a full refund. Please email us at enquiries@golden8skincare.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any issues.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unopened and unused.
Proof of purchase must be provided when returning the products. Please include your original order number in any returns sent to Golden 8. Returned items will be refunded using the same payment method as the original purchase. Refunds will be processed within 1-5 days of receipt of goods.
If the product is faulty or is not the product you ordered please email us at enquiries@golden8skincare.com within 14 days of receipt of your order, so we can assist you.
Golden 8 takes great care in packaging your purchase. If your purchase is damaged in transit in Australia you will need to contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered post or using a trackable shipping service, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Golden 8 will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
